The terms and conditions below are legally binding on you as a user of our website when you submit
any contact information on any of our website forms.
The terms and conditions contained and referred to herein in their entirety constitute
"The Agreement" and shall be binding on each and every customer of Gold Buyer Headquarters.
(GBHQ) Every customer must be at least (21) years of age and the rightful legal owner of
all items being submitted and sent to GBHQ. GBHQ uses UPS prepaid and insured return labels
for your use in sending us your items. We insure each package for a maximum amount of $500.
All claims for loss must be submitted to UPS and the website customer must provide all required
loss information and documentation to UPS in order to receive compensation for loss.
If you believe that your items are worth more than $500, please call us at 1-888-465-3008 and
we will reissue you a new UPS label for whatever amount of insurance you may require.
Once your package arrives at our processing center our certified appraiser will weigh,
evaluate and prepare a purchase offer. Any prospective seller may request Option 2 on
the Packing Receipt form in order to receive a telephone notification of our purchase
offer prior to selling the items to GBHQ. Verbal offers are binding and may be recorded.
Upon a verbal acceptance by the customer via telephone, payment will be issued within (24)
hours of such acceptance. Should you decline our offer, we will cheerfully return the
items to you via insured UPS service at our expense.
If Option 1 is selected or NO selection is made on the Packing Receipt form, all items
will be immediately sold to GBHQ and a check will be issued within 24 hours.
This constitutes an acceptance to sell. Once items are sold to GBHQ,
the items cannot be returned for any reason. This binding Agreement shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Missouri and any claim or action brought against GBHQ must
be made in Platte County, Missouri. By completing the web form and hitting the submit
button, you agree to these terms and conditions.
